MORAND Hypercar is the fruit of a long family tradition, passed from generation to generation.

MORAND Hypercar claims to belong to a passionate genealogy and a Swiss Made precision passed from father to son.
The aim is to remain close to its roots whilst expanding the brand and its renown.

Moteurs MORAND HERITAGE

Louis Morand (father of Benoît Morand) had the passion of racing flowing through his veins and years of competition behind him (Tour de France, 500km of SPA, 1000km of Nürburgring, …). He founded a motor development company in 1958 and quickly became widely recognized in the automotive, aircraft and motorsports industry. Specialist for Chevrolet, Ford and McLaren engines, Louis Morand’s company was built on know-how and passion, which led the motors to become European, Tasmanian and USA champions between 1972 and 1975.

To honor this strong past, MORAND Hypercar keeps the same name, but also the same recipe that led “Moteurs Morand” to its success. The passion for racing and performance, as well as Swiss Made quality, remain an undeniable heritage of the brand.

The development, production and administrative offices are set up in Vuadens, less than 10 km away from Louis Morand’s historic and family garage (as a strong signal of the brand’s vision).
